    • Create Your Mentorship Plan (required) Choice
      Students must
      Make a choice

      1. Complete the My Mentorship Plan section on page three of the Person-Centered Course Plan worksheet that you did in the Introduction to Digital Literacy Training course. Select this link to go to the Person-Centered Course Plan.
      2. State the Goal of your Mentorship Plan. 
      3. Add the activity you want to accomplish during your mentorship time to accomplish your mentorship goal. 
      4. Set a date when the mentorship activity or activities will be completed. 
      5. There is also space to write down any other notes about your mentorship plan.
